Full installation. Golden Battery carries out the site survey, system design, installation, grid connection paperwork and commissioning — the equipment is manufactured by IYRO Solar and sold through Golden Battery as an appointed distributor.
What warranty applies to the modules, inverter and battery?
The manufacturer's warranty applies directly — typically a 10-year product and 25-year linear performance warranty on modules, with inverter and battery terms varying by model. Golden Battery registers every installation against its serial numbers so a claim can be raised without re-proving the purchase.
Is financing or EMI available?
Golden Battery can help structure the purchase through partner financing or EMI options where available, in addition to any central or state subsidy the installation qualifies for. Final terms depend on the lender and the system size.
Are the modules eligible for government subsidy (ALMM / PM Surya Ghar)?
IYRO modules supplied by Golden Battery are ALMM-listed, which is the baseline requirement for most central and state subsidy schemes. Eligibility still depends on the specific scheme and sanctioned load — Golden Battery checks this at the survey stage.
What after-sales support does Golden Battery provide?
Routine maintenance checks, fault diagnosis and warranty-claim handling, with the serial number and installation date on file for every system Golden Battery has installed.
How does net metering work with a grid-tied system?
Golden Battery files the net-metering application with the local utility as part of installation, so surplus units exported to the grid are credited against your bill. Timelines depend on the utility's own approval process.
